As founder and principal behind Jasper Green’s success, Clare has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of property management, coupled with a strong financial background. She has proven to be a leader within the industry specializing in providing exceptional real estate services to include property leasing & management, accounting, construction and project management. Through her extensive background, she brings extraordinary value to owners and tenants.

Clare has been involved in real estate since 1992 and worked with highly respected and experienced private-sector owners in the Atlanta and Savannah markets. She has extensive financial and accounting experience with an outstanding track record of maximizing profit, improving operating efficiencies while minimizing expenses and maintaining 95% or above occupancy rates at all properties. Clare holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate.

Clare is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and a licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia and Florida.

Her current professional involvement includes IREM – Institute of Real Estate Management, Member, IREM GA Chapter #67; and Realtors Commercial Alliance Savannah/Hilton Head.
